Hello,

I have managed to get into Junior Trinity! At first I was in the String Time Programme, which is one lower than the Junior Trinity programme. It is very hard and I had to practise, practise, practise. It was a big relief for me, as I had practised for a whole month.

I have not posted for a while. SORRY!!  In December I applied, for 6 Secondary schools, mostly Grammar. My top three were:

  1. Bexley Grammar,
  2. Haberdashers Askes, New Cross,
  3. Dartford Grammar For Boys

I was accepted at Haberdashers Askes, and Dartford Grammar, we were going to accept Haberdashers, but we found out that the behaviour was not good. In their GCSE they dropped 21% from the year before. So I am going to go to Dartford!!

My Sport Relief 3 Mile Challenge! by Joseph

Hi everyone,
Thank you for sponsoring me and helping me reach my goal. On Friday and Saturday I wasn’t well. I woke up on the race day feeling awful, but I was determined to run the 3 miles because I had so many sponsors and I had raised £135. I managed to run 1 mile at least when I started to do interval running.
It was tough and exhausting, but I know it was because I wasn’t well not because I wasn’t fit! I ran the first half mile behind Eddie Izzard, but David Cameron was too fast for me. He was whizzing along the Embankment, but he was only running 1 mile. I wonder how Gordon Brown would have fared?
Leader of the Conservative Party, David, Cameron, waiting for the election/sorry, fun run to be called.

Fern Britton chit chatting to Jodie Kidd

Ready to go

Teams Corrie and Enders warming up.

Marathon Man, Eddie Izzard in bright blue top. We ran with him for half a mile.

I’ve always liked them; their fur as soft as the breeze from the summer wind

Their colour is golden and as white as the north pole

I’ve always liked lions.

The Missonary Circuit by Joseph

I started this story last week as part of our class topic on sci-fi. It’s a work in progress and I have to finish it by Wednesday May 20th. Watch this space for the rest of it. I’ll also be uploading a photo of the space ship I designed.

Prologue

In a planet centuries away from Earth, a missing wire is hovering, waiting for someone or something to connect it with the circuit on planet mercury. Meanwhile back on Earth(our home) Jack sat on the window-shelf inside his house. It was pouring with rain outside  like it usually does in Autumn. He wondered “ what shall I do, there’s nothing to do”

Let me descibe him before I forget what he looks like. He had golden blond hair and his eyes, oh his eyes, shone like the stars in heaven or an angel glowing with happiness. Jack was a mixed coloured skinned boy, he had the kindness of Jesus and his voice and would captivate anyone who was listening to him. People from Australia, Zimbabwe or even Poland would all be reduced to his tone.

Chapter One

The Investigation

Jack sat down on the sofa, bounced up and down, turned on the T.V: An announcement was just about to start: “post a card to oxford if you want to get a million pounds, by connecting a missing wire to it’s circuit.” Jack whizzed of to write the letter and guess what!? Two months later a letter came for Jack it was tickets to Russia on an aeroplane and a whole paragraph saying that he was going to do it. He was filled with joy: he might get the money that they are handing out. It was a long journey and Jack’s ears kept on popping luckily he had some fruit gums to stop it but, it didn’t work. It was a ruff landing, he nearly came of his seat!

Just as Jack walked out of the airport he met his college friends: Harry, Louie, Bailey, Danny and his beloved girlfriend Alisha Dixson. Alisha kissed Jack as hard as she possible could, he could hardly breathe and said “all right all right I’ve got some friends here please don’t show off!”

All of his friends made their way to the Russian spaceport ( and Jack of cause.)It was a weird journey they had to go-cart the way but when they got there, it was like it was made of solid gold, it was a miracle. Walking the way professional’s or prime minister walks , they proudly got their bright orange spacesuit’s they had rented from the people there, in the changing room.    Climbing into the ship, Jack had a shiver down the spine. He was so nervous that he was trembling with fear but Jack still had the confidence to do it. Once everyone was inside and ready he(jack) who now was the captain, declared: “ we are ready blast of LET’S GO!”

With a bump and a grumble the ship(called RAS dock)gradually started to move then in a speed of light it hipper drived at 2,001mph to the unknown planet. Resting after a long journey Jack thought about what if he managed to complete the test, but just then a weird noise interrupted him. He woke his mates up and Alisha Dixson of cause.”I think we’re going to crash!” yelled Jack.

Charlton is my 2nd best team ,Barnsley my 1st ,Charlton are out of the f.a cup, but Barnsley are in the f.a cup, I think that Charlton are playing west brom.

Charlton are 6th in the champamship witch is not bad but I think that they can get to the top of the champamship (that only if they get better)

Charlton play in red and white like Barnsley, I think that the last time I went to see charlton, charlton was against Man City I think and I think Charlton won.

I think this was the score, Charlton 1-0 Man city.

WOW!!

Every-time I try to write I don’t see anything.

I hate homework.

It’s like I’m never going to have fun again.

But when I think of chocolate it’s like a delicious marshmallow going into your mouth.

I extremely love it

Barnsley vs chelsea by Joseph

Barnsley are against Chelsea and I think Chelsea are going to win.

But at the 66th minute Barnsley scored a GOAL!!!!

I could not believe that Barnsley were wining.

Then the final whistle blew and I definitely could not believe it .

Barnsley 1 – 0 Chelsea!!!!!!!!!!

The man of the match was number 9, Odejayi the goalscorer for Barnsley.

I thought the game was terrific.

The day of the game was Saturday 8th of March, and it was the F.A cup.

At the end of the match all the Barnsley fans came running on the pitch like a elephant running away from a hungry lion.

When Odejayi scored the leading goal me and my dad were jumping up and down like a kangaroo bouncing on a pogo stick.

Before the match started we went to get a steak and kidney pie for me and my dad and it was also a very good day.

Also Barnsley are going to WEMBLEY!!!!!!!

Look at this someone alse has talked about this http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/fa_cup/7272810.stm

The End
